Before Submitting a New Support Ticket...


Thanks for visiting App Support. We are here to help you resolve any issues you may have with your iOS or Android Paul McKenna apps.

Before you submit a ticket, please make sure you try and include as much detail as possible that might be relevant to help us diagnose the problem. 

To help you give us the right level of detail, we have outlined the following important information that is commonly missing from support requests:

Let us know:

  • the exact name of the app you are using 
  • if you are using the iOS or Android version of the app 
  • the device you are running the app on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S6 or iPhone 7)
  • how far you are into the plan you are currently using
  • if you saw any error messages on-screen?

In addition, sometimes the providing a screen grab (or video) of the problem you are seeing can be very helpful for us to isolate specific issues.
